Who we are

JUMPING JACK FLASH (TM) (aka: JJF) is a tribute band to the Rolling Stones based out of Southern California. We perform three shows: Jumping Jack Flash (solo show), Beatles vs. Stones: “the Greatest Show that Never Was!” (aka: “BvS”), and Stones & Stewart (aka: “S&S”).

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

All media (photos, videos, logos, etc.) are owned by Jumping Jack Flash and the original creator of the material. All rights reserved. If you need promotional material from Jumping Jack Flash for an upcoming show, please contact us at [email protected].

Buyers who hire JJF, BvS, or S&S may not use any other media unless approved by JJF.

Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

Who we share your data with

No one. Any information given to JJF is kept secure and not given to any third parties. If you sign up for the JJF/BvS mailing list, your information is only used to send JJF/BvS marketing emails which users can unsubscribe from at any time. Users who submit information for booking inquiries, may only have their information given to Fat Cat Booking, JJF’s primary booking agency.

How long we retain your data

Suggested text: If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our email list , we also store the personal information they provide in our email blast program (“Mailjet”). All users can unsubscribe from our email list at any time. JJF website administrators can also see user information.

Users who unsubscribe from JJF’s email list, will have their information deleted from our servers, and will no longer receive any emails from JJF.

Where your data is sent

User data given to JJF is not sent to any one else (with the exception explained in the section: “Who we share your data with”). Users who sign up to the JJF/BvS email list will not have their information given to any third parties.

Booking

Users who are interested in booking JJF, BvS, or S&S may fill out the booking inquiry form on our booking page. any information given will only be used to set up a potential booking. Filling out the form does NOT guarantee booking the band. Bookings are not confirmed until both parties sign a contract with conditions agreed upon by both parties (JJF/BvS/S&S and the buyer). Bookings are subject to availability. Cast members are subject to change without notice.

Information given in the booking inquiry form to JJF may only be given to Fat Cat Booking, the primary booking agency for JJF, BvS, and S&S. Fat Cat Booking may contact any users interested in booking the act.
